Origin 42 server set up/admin help

Hi all, noobie to the site here, i'm trying to find the old tools to set up a 42 server with 80+ slots etc but am coming up a cropper :(

Any working links to blackbagops or is that now dead?

Basically, what do I need to get so i'm not stuck with the default server manager tool :)
