4gb of ram is a must have with 64 bit,I recommend just doing 8 gb if your board supports it,because wondows64 supports 8 gigs so it would give you optimum efficiency

This model could be achieved quite easily,most of the details would be textured on,the model would mainly be square,with the exception if a few curbs,but on a level of 1 to 10 i give this difficulty of this model a 6.
