[CSM]Flag by Flag-gamemode/Push-mode

Can anyone explain how to create flag-by-flag capture mode in BF2? I'm not familiar with the conecpt at all (moddingwise, never needed it myself), but our BF2 campaign has asked for it so I guessed I gave it a shot to ask here.
Would be quite some work for me cause I'd have to figure it out in the first place, and I'm neither familiar with the howto of the flagbyflag nor BF2 modding...
