1942 Error - overwritten memory in pool..?

I get this error (which will result in crash straight after) '3 out of 6' attempts to run the game / map... when loading the same map up, without any new changes.
This random nature is confusing.
Bf hits about 730mb Ram usage at the point of error/crash.
any knowledge of this one?
