How to get textures to load properly in BC42?

Post by YeOldOne404 »

I want to make a modified version of a vanilla Battlefield 1942 map, but it's not loading correctly.

It loads without the proper textures. The map loads all white. How do I fix it so I can see it? My other maps seem to be loading ok.

Take a look at the file structure of the unpacked Midway map and make sure that it is the same as the directories of your working maps, and make sure all terrain files are there

Check the fog settings. Sometimes it battlecraft starts the fog settings at the range of 0-0, which is what that looks like .Set it to say 0-1000 and youll see everything. You might have to set that everytime you start BC42.

Thanks to jim2012 for this tip.
