issue generating .samples

I'm running into some issues generating .sample files for some of my custom statics. Samplesmaker crashes after loading the mesh. The model has the correct 3rd UVW channel map, no overlays, flattened....am I missing something? Some of my customs work, but a few (3 out of 14 so far) don't. Any ideas?

This is a bit old.

But i ran into this a few times as well
I had to shrink the uvw channel 3, a super super super tiny part of the uvw was outside the frame, once 100% of the uvw is inside the frame, it worked again.
