Battlefield 1942 Mods, Modding Tutorials & Forums

I have searched all of this forum, all of google and in addition all of Bing. I have not found an up to date download link of Botinator, I was wondering if anyone might possibly still have a version they could upload.

I know there is Battlefield Singleplayerr Creator, however it is not working and when I attempt to run the .exe it says "Component 'SYSINFO.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

And alike all of my problems, there is almost nothing about it on the internet so I am at a loss.
