why my mod won't load the bf1942's files?

it looks correct.. i doubt it makes any difference that the bf1942 files are called first but you could try it.

Are you sure nothing is being pulled from 42? spawners.. simple statics.. anything?

There are lots of people on this forum, but with the information given I doubt anyone could ever help you, anywhere.

Where did you put it in? What is in TestingMod? What exactly doesnt work? What did you expect and what is the result instead? First things first...

Have you tried ModWizard 1.31, from the MDT Toolkit 2.75, to see what differences between what you have and what it creates for you?
