Don't tell me it's budget hardware issue..? Because I've been rocking Win7 64-bit on a measly single core. For ages. Still goin strong and strong enough to push 25-40FPS in the genius 128_planes

goood to hear thanks mista..
with gameplay maybe do it as ctf. but spawn at opposing base, pick up flag straight away.. then jump in the planes and fly to the home base.. would be a nice bit of action half way between
Dora gun is a huge railway gun that uses 3 parallel rails because it is so big, and fires 30cm shells! 30 CENTIMETER SHELLS! It was a monster. speaking of that, the P.1500 Monster was gonna be that gun, on tank tracks.
A picture is worth a thousand words, but takes up three thousand times the memory.
same thing but uses lower res heightmap.. Sounds bad?
Well, you just cant see the difference.. and it means view distance has now been extended to 20km
Certainly some were getting crashes but should be bullet proof now..
Planes need some TLC really.. Would be great if anyone would like to add to this map a bit. (new planes.. jets would be cool)
I have to say fo0k, beautiful map. Truly enjoyed flying around. You definitely need a jet, though, those props just aren't fast enough on that map. Also, the vanilla code won't even allow them to get enough altitude to fly over some of the mountains, I crashed several times trying I can send you the code for my Me262 if you'd like, it's not a modern plane, but a jet nonetheless...
heheh.. the planes just need time to get up there.. the mountain peaks are around 2500m and the planes will get up to 6000 if you leave them.. just take your time and you get great view up there. glad you enjoyed.. yeah does suit some DC jets really nd could be DC no fly zone on acid..
