You can actually do this server side in SW Demo. Works pretty well if the invisible team can only use their knife. The invisible team has to put their knife away to be totally invisible, but have to take it out to be able to attack at which point the normal team can see a knife floating towards them.

Its caused by the Bad Company 2 release. Too many players crashed the servers. Apparently EA have everything interlinked to such a degree that when one game gets high multiplayer loads it takes all the rest of the games down with it.

Has to be a PCO to take damage i think. The buildings and objects that you can destroy in Objective mode are PCO's for example.

I found Windows 7 just annoying for modding. Need to turn UAC off to get things like Editor42 to work right. Seems to pack levels in Winrfa slower with Win7 and editor42 takes longer to load. Other than that the same.

Anyone think BF3 might be an MMOFPS something like PlanetSide?

Seems pretty cool to me. A map the size of France with a 1000 players on a server in a never ending war.

BF1942 needs a CD Drive in your computer before it will start (SW Demo included). Your netbook doesn't have a CD drive so that's why it doesn't start. I use the Microsoft Virtual CD program to make a virtual CD drive in a matter of 3 clicks for SW Demo on my MSI Wind. http://arcanecode.com/2006/09/1...
