when i try to download it says "the account has been suspended", how do i download?

Wait are they working on two battlefield games at the same time?
Cause i know their already working on Battlefield 3.

Ok i downloaded v1.9 but when i try to run it theres an error message and it tells me i have to create a new installer, does anyone know how to fix this ?
