Junk tank contest!
This is an odd idea I had for a contest. The vehicle needs to be made from random crap found in BF 1942 vanilla, and have a fair battle performance. As in random junk, I mean 55 gallon fuel barrels as turrets, front armor as planks (preferably not, since the boards don't give the vehicle damage when...

Re: Creating a mod and adding DC to it
You could go back a bit (as in literally, scroll down a bit) and see "Moving the FH matilda to bf1942." Just replace FH with DC, and matilda with vehicles, and it means the same thing, right? Take a look at it, it *might* be useful.

Re: "sinking" vehicle engine
Well, it was really just the order the wheels were attached. The left tread right tread thing messed it up. Adding each wheel individually to the engine fixed the problem.

Re: Battlecraft 1942 - Help Required
Maybe all you have to do is add DC meshes, objects, textures, etc. That is how it works in ED42. I don't know, since battlecraft dies on my laptop. (Battlecraft needs Open GL, which I don't have.)

Re: "sinking" vehicle engine
The 4 drive wheels have a strength of 50, and a damping of 5. the mock wheels have strength of 0, and damping of 0. The vehicle has a mass of 2500.

Re: Making an auto artillery gun
I have done some fiddling and I have gone to this conclusion; the gun can only fire 3 times by its self. the gun gets "stuck" after the third shot. by "stuck," I mean the reload bar stops midway, and the gun stays back from the recoil, not pushed back to its normal position. I al...

"sinking" vehicle engine
I have made a custom engine for one of my land vehicles. the engine is tank like, but doesn't have the tread on it. the engine is 2 "treads," and each tread is 2 willy wheels, one front, one back, and 3 sherman dummy wheels between them. To the point, the vehicle is okay empty, but when I ...

Re: BF mod: Area51 Ver 2.20
I really encourage the continuation of this mod, it is in the early stages of development, but I can feel that this mod will be aMaZiNg when it is done!
