BotHunter, there's a good chance you're not going to be able to play that online.
I think pressing the tilde "~" key will bring up your menu. Or is it "q"? I can't remember.

Well I can pull up the menu, but there are no chairs or tables or boards. all there is is motors, booster, wheels and so forth.

No, there are tabs you can click on that have those objects. Tabs and then there are sections on the left side of the window.
