Yes the mod works fine thus far in multiplayer. I fixed the server CTDs wih COOP mode in Victory Village so the mod is 100% stable now.
UPDATE:
Next version coming soon! Finished all the vehicles and nearly done with Seaside Skirmish!
I need to finish laying down the grass and make a new load screen and it will be ready:
So far there is over 20,000 grass objects on the map! ED42 confirmed this count.
So far no additional lag was noticed from the grass. And as with Coastal Clash, the grass is darker in shadow areas. (lighting turned off in RS file or else the grass would be lit or unlit depending on the direction it is facing and that is not what I'm going for in this mod. )

UPDATE:
New version available! This update brings a new map and 5 new vehicles! All tanks, planes, and the stationary AA have been ported!
My friend....this is pure win!, downloading and installing BF1942 to test and give feedback, this needs any expansions added or just single BF1942?

well, 2 disk less to install for me then
so basically all the meshes got imported to 3dsmax and then "cleaned and adapted" to work on bf42?, this is a really neat job...

Yep. I wanted it to appear as close as possible to the real BFheroes game. I'm working on doing the nightmaps now. I wanted to do them using the game engine, but getting the settings right is taking too long. So I will do it in 3DSMax. This has the added benefit of allowing me to use advanced lighting in the same way I have done previous night maps.
So as a result the night maps will most likely end up actually looking better then the originals.
