Dont show the server in the game lobby sometimes

When I search for Swedish mafia in the game lobby i see the server sometimes and dont see it sometimes.
Any one know what the problem can be?

I tryed to turn off the firewall and that dosent matter.

Maybe the server shuts down because the owner manually shut it down or if he turned his computer off. It's just a possible cause.

I own the server and we are playing On the server when i hit esc and search for swe.
after maby 10 min i can se the server again.
