Moving a camera
I have a SU-100 (very good!) but, it has one big-small problem. when I aim to the left, the hull hatch is in the way of my vision. I don't fully understand how moving a camera works, since all my numbers are ignored in all of my trials. This little bug is weird, seeing how I can move a camera attached to the base vehicle. (not on the complex....) I can't, however, move the camera when it is attached to the gun base, where I need it to be. I do not want to make two new rotational bundles to hold just a camera because I cannot move a dumb camera. This is a client side mod.
A picture is worth a thousand words, but takes up three thousand times the memory.

Re: Moving a camera
First, make sure you don't have the same Camera added to any other parts of the tank.
So "rem" out the unwanted cameras, addTemplate the camera to the part that also has the gun barrel addTemplated to. So the camera and gun barrel will be addTemplated to the same bundle.
Use "ObjectTemplate.setPosition 0/0/0" to move the camera.
If more issues come up, be as descriptive as possible. When you said "SU-100" and "aim to the left" I thought you were talking about free-look in airplanes.

Re: Moving a camera
I've not been able to move the camera, I have done all of your recommended steps, and it doesn't move.
1- There is only one camera
2- I've tried rotating the camera 180 degrees, nothing
3- the SU-100 is a Russian tank-destroyer, forgot to mention that.
4- this is a csm

Re: Moving a camera
never mind, I made a rotational bundle for the x axis aiming. I just called the wrong gun base.
