Unless you know how to use 3ds Max, nope.
Yes you can edit the existing ones.
The animations can't be changed like that. Just ask someone to do it for you.

"It's not difficult?"

Sorry, I beg to differ. As BF animations have an incredibly crappy format, you have to make most animations from scratch (the .baf are saved with keyframes EVERY frame...). This on the other hand requires a bit of basic anatomic knowledge to "get it right". And you will still fail and have to adapt and modify your new animation dozens of times after you have the initial version done, because making those animations appear lifelike is not that easy, actually. But yes, the actual code part is easy, as long as you want to replace animations. Just make a new animation, then replace. You might have to change the "speed" of th animation in the 3pAnimationsTweaking.con afterwards (animation.rfa), but that's about it.

The only difficulty is to understand the BFMod Tool import/export of animations. You have to be careful there because it's easy to mess up your files if you do something wrong here.

As long as you don't describe the problem in detail, no, I can't help you. Once you do, I probably can.

You either messed up the animation code that details the transition to jump or you don't have put an active "ProneToJump" animation.baf in.
