bf1942.exe - Set affinity permanently?

I have 4 CPUs on my laptop, and the BF1942 executable only uses one. Every time I start up BF1942, I have to set the affinity to all four CPUs.

Is there a way for me to "save" the settings in order for it to always use all four CPUs?

I am on Win 7.

I looked into this before and all paths led to needing a third party app/software to do this for you each time. There didn't appear to be an option via windows.
I never actually tried any software so cant suggest any.
