Dot in Crosshair - Remove?

Is there a way I can remove that one-pixel dot in the middle of the player's aiming crosshair (the one that widens as the gun is fired)?

And perhaps the dot in the middle of scopes/reticles?

Server Manager? I've never seen that before.
