I used to have spawnPointManager.groupEnableToChangeTeam 0 and tried other to see if it worked will try again, it has to be certain order for this as EA has other for spawn group 1 & 2 by memory. With the other to items you mentioned they are there for entering apc auto, it is the template out of sub defining the soldier spawn group etc I needed to add the ObjectTemplate.setAIEnterOnSpawn 1 for apc

Ran a test with coral apc spawner version tonight and it worked, game ended correctly, with group added in script line, strange thing is it used to be like that until recently and still is in the problem Britain mod with sub spawns for extra radar. This time I remade spawn point manger con from scratch no copying from other mods, so maybe there is something like a coma etc in original that isnt noticed. So will copy them over Britains now to see if this fixed them also, The North radar has a goup for bots same as destroyer which i amended to human also in past, anyway will test a few others now, thanks for help will let you know how it works out with more testing

Well after 2 tests the sub spawns connected to apcs works perfectly with altered spm revision above, but when same settings copied to the other coral mod ssm, where the sub spawns have been just added in ss con as ground spawns on island huts, it fails, even when there are no players left alive or even no players on other side at all with all ships gone, game will not end, the sub that soldier spawns are stolen from is set to only spawn once so the spawn on island only exists for first few minutes.
Its as if value that triggers tickets to decline is now out of balance, but there are no control points for values in coral. I tried coping the working spm settings over to britain mods also, this mod has extra radar added and subspawns attached like done for apc, same problem after all ships, radas, factory gone and no allies players game did not end. Britain has control point values for tickets but I cant see how the subs can put these out

I wonder what triggers corals 1000 ticket per min loss

About that, once you created a spawner or spawnpoint like that it never dissapears from the map like it can if you put it on a object that can be destroyed.
If your carriers is stationary its easy to fix by addtemplate the spawnpont directly to the carriers and adjust the position to isle with the ObjectTemplate.setPosition

Now thats a great idea !
as at moment I have the ground spawns to die by making sub die and not respawn by using sub travel distance settings as it floats, but I can only have them set for map start as some games are short, your way would mean they can stay full game fantastic :)

Will post full Britain code later, it should work like coaral apc spawner when it is destroyed game should end.

Here is Britain test mod, the towers were moved back closer to airfields and a extra tower added, the spawns for extra tower were from a sub, axis has a parachute spawn pinched from its sub, It has ships torpedo boats etc also added, game ended in previous versions with ships, problem came when radar tower was added, You will notice I had to use object spawners for mutiple objects as I was short on required, I also remmed out only for A1 for added radar group, the destroyers used are alternates not same group as radars group

I cant see anything obvious wrong with the code, but im not sure about the "ObjectTemplate.Active Bundle Sub7CComplex" i think the game engine just take one argument with the active command altho im not totally sure. ObjectTemplate.Active Sub7CComplex should be enough. Same with "ObjectTemplate.Active Sub7CDriverSoldierSpawn" and "ObjectTemplate.Active SpawnPoint Sub7CDriverSoldierSpawn"

Run the map with the debugger and see if it gives any useful information.

I tested this by turning on Enterprise 3rd spawn point that EA turned off, 1st line is required or nothing changes 2nd isnt required as shown, but works if is there also, if 2nd is changed from active to create no 3rd spawn, so only first line is required, now I have to go change alot of mods where I have this :)

The testing above gave me a idea, I stripped the carrier driver spawns and added them to a torpedo boat as a mobile spawner in Midway, should help them get a beach head, they can just both run to get to carrier driver entry now, Shame I couldnt use landing craft, would have been better suited. It wouldnt work probably due to landing craft being on ships also I suppose

I made a teamleader kit with those carriers spawners once but what i would like to build for midway is a spawn that pops up when all the flags belong to one team. Perhaps parachute spawns on a rotational bundle or something like that.
