Which file to change to convert walk to sprint

Hi I have read the post on here about the code to change walk to sprint but it doesn't say which files I need to change. Any help with this would be very much appreciated.

I am curious about this too. I know that Apache Thunder's mod, DC_Unauthorized, has the spring thing in it, but I don't know where to find it.
One thing I know [or believe] is that it is somewhere in the Animations.rfa file.
