change player collision mesh when in prone / crouch

is this a hard coded thing or possible to mod the player and reduce the collision height when not standing.. (to go through a low tunnel etc.)

I always thought the COL does account for that. At least in prone it does, as this allows you to move below vanilla fences and other low clearance obstacles. I'm not sure about crouching, however.

i don't think prone gets you under anything lower than when standing...?

Maybe there are ways to achieve this by add templating separate collision meshes to the player which would move with the player during animation. doubt the game would like it though.. sounds like CDT-ville

Might be I'm totally confusing this with BF2 now, but I thought you could prone under the eufence, for example.
