Jeep damage problem.

Hey guys!
I am making a mod but it has some issues I can't figure out.
1) I have a jeep in it but if you run into anything except another jeep, it won't hurt it.
2) The same jeep. When you shoot it, (Even with a Tiger) it doesn't hurt it. But throwing a grenade under it does.
3) If you ram this jeep into another jeep. I hurts both of them but BF seems to lock up a bit while it is doing it.
Thanks!!!

Check the Material ID of the Jeep's 3D model.
Get 3DS Max 7 with the tools provided in BF MDT, or if you have a newer version of 3DS Max then use Senshi's tools.
- Open your jeep body into 3DS Max
- Select the collision mesh (COL01 or COL02) of the models, feel free to hide the other models
- Right-click and convert the model to an Editable Poly
- On the tabs to the right of the screen, click the "Modify" tab
- Click "Element" in the Selection section
- Click any part of the vehicle in one of the viewports
- Scroll Down to the Polygon Properties section (right side of screen) where you see two white boxes on top of each other
- In the box with the "Select ID" button to its left, type in the material number (this is the material ID) and press the Enter key to apply the Mat ID to the selection
Quick lesson: A material ID (Mat ID) tells the game what kind of damage a projectile does to a certain surface. Every Collision mesh has one or more Mat IDs.
Look at this for Mat ID information:

- Try to make the Mad ID the same for the COL01 and COL02 models.

The steps won't be the same, but the idea is very similar. Find a way to change a model's material, you can Google search it, and use that big grid's information to get the correct material ID.

I feel it went smoothly. But there's no money being made here.
