Fixing the Tiger's treads

I was just screwing around making awesome vehicles, when I noticed, the tiger tank's tracks look weird. This kind of thing bugs me, since I'm the tank-geekiest person around. I semi-fixed this by putting a new set of wheels behind the front. I then noticed, it turned like a slug. Problem is, the back wheels turn the OPPOSITE way of the wheels in front! I need to know how the tank engines work so I can fix this!

You are not being very precise.
Are you talking about the functional drive wheels that are invisible (dummies) or the visual ones? Which kind did you add? If you added the invisible dummy kind one, just rotate it 180° so it faces in the proper direction.

sorry for the lack precision. The tank tread has wheels that move it, and they are driving the tank in the wrong direction. When the tank turns right, the right tread should go reverse. The thing is, the front set of bogies go in reverse, and the back set go forward. This also applies to the left tread. so, in summary, the wheels are fighting each other, affecting the handling of the vehicle. I duplicated the whole set, and moved the wheels back 30 centimeters.
