Need some help here

Hello, I'm new player of Bf 1942 (Sgt Felox)
and I played lots of time on Wake Island on coop mod; But bots took every time the planes and that made me angry :x .
I saw there was a dev kit with Anthology and I added the planes (Allied Base) of the conquest map to the co-op map
now, there is 5 planes on the allied map.
:)
But what about the axis ?
I need your help because I don't know how to add plane on carrier...

Also, I often play the enginner kit and in co-op, your allied bots don't see your Land Mine :| and BOOOOM !!! [score -16]
is there a way to disabled the frendly fire only on mine (not the grenade and ex pack)

welcome to the site felox.. :)

I suggest you have a good look at the basic tutorials (link up top of this page) as they cover mostly what you are asking. They are desiged for a serverside mod but anything serverside will work locally too by nature.

Yeah !!
I found how to add spawn on carrier and I add two others planes: it makes great maps ! 8-)
But I really don't see how to disable the frendly fire on mine :roll:
if you just could point me where it is; I reallly don't see which file it could be.

Probably not possible unless you use the explodeNearEnemyDistance code in some way. So instead of it being run over, it will simply explode like a bouncing betty.

I actually tried lots of number for this line but actually when the mine is on the tank or jeep allied it make the allied vehicle explode; but when it's on the ground the vehicles pass throught the landmine it explode but make any damage. :?
is there a valor that will make it not explode when the mine is on the top of the vehicle?


:arrow: Also, I saw a great mod: CIF (combat in flame) which change the creepy effect of explosion or fire or destroyed vehicle to great ones :twisted: ; but it also change a bit the game play and change some texture in game; is there a way to only have the effects an not the other stuff ?
