Iv downloaded this Mod (Sengoku, a samurai mod) and some maps are singleplayer and some are just multiplayer, is there anyway i can change those multiplayer maps to singleplayer so I can play them

If what your asking is to add bots, your gonna have to use botinator, and I don't want to mess with bots. That is all I can say about it, sorry.

But, bots are fun to kill

So is there a way that I can play it on local with bots without needing to have another player on to start?

That would be Co-op mode in multiplayer. But then you'd need bots still.
