I still use it. Though I toned down the light bloom very much so I don't get e.g. oversaturated skies and the like, just the neat blooming over dark borders and the bloom difference between inside and outside.
I think the vast majority of bf42 players are unaware of this as it was designed for gta SA.

Yes it does. You are adding 2 files to your game; PB only checks the files it knows is in the game.
Just edit the ini so you have no fog, and join mafia clan I'd say.....
Is there a fog value in it? What does it really do? Cause I would expect this .dll to only draw upon the readily created picture from the BF engine, without being able to manipulate anything of the rendering before that point. This would be sufficient for bloom and anti aliasing effects, after all.
