Fuel drain problem

I have a serious and very irritating problem. In my pc, the Natter and Wasserfall's fuel drains slowly, but when I join a game with my brother, (Via Lan) It drains in matter of seconds 
. What is actually the problem? It takes about a minute or two to drain natter's fuel, but it just takes 20 seconds to drain in the server. Please help.
