the camera moving faster to the direction u want.. then the Turrent moved slowly to ur camera's direction?

I know what you mean, but I'm not sure if that's possible. If that is, It's not in my modding knowledge.

This would require the turret rotational bundle to continue moving after you have ceased input. (so it would continue rotating till it lined up with the camera again). Then the game engine would have to know when to stop the turret from moving so it's lined up with the camera....

So no...Not possible.
