Battlefield 1942 Mods, Modding Tutorials & Forums

Hello 2 everyone!
I'm new here and actually from Russia Ah, this was an offtop.
Anyway, I've got a problem with this tool (FontMaker).Right now i'm creating a new RePack for our fansite (we got servers and our own Battlefield 1942 game pack (new maps, autoupdater, improved files, etc.)) so I've decided to renew russian Localization of the game. I mean files "font.rfa" and "lexiconAll.dat".
With 2nd (LexiconAll.dat) there is no problem and I just translate all english menus and dialogs. With "font.rfa" there is a problem.

Im BMDT there are tool "FontMaker" that WON'T create russian font types! In any options it create a file with right english types and wrong russian types (actually, it dont use rus types for creating at all ). In result, I have symbols like this LINK. But I should see something like this instead LINK. As you can see on second example, there are russian fonts. But this one was created long time ago by some fan and this types have not properly look rigth in game.

Any idea?

Can you tell me what that is? I am looking for a program that will autodownload custom maps for the server.

I believe I have used it once to make a new font for my BFHeroes mod. Did not have the issues you describe. I don't have much experience with the fonts in BF42 so I can't help much, sorry.

Speaking of fonts, does anybody have the EA battlefield font or something very very close? I used to have one, but for some unknown reason, it seems to be lost.
