make it have no AI...
(u need to make sure there is no spawnpoint on that vehicle or your game will crash in that case!!)

Removing the AI is not really a good option. If you do that, then the enemy bots will never fire at you when you use the helicopter....not much fun in the end.

Yes, set its Temp to 0 and its Maxspeed to 0. That should do it without having to mess with its controls, though setting the maxspeed to 0 alone should be all you need.

Aah, now I see. The bots love to steal my rocket powered jeep because I have its speed stats set so high. And the last vehicle they steal is my B17 because it is slow.
They love to hop onto stationary turrets, maybe they think the turret will go 50+ MPH? Heheheh.

Then again, weapons also affect what vehicle the bots choose. They like to take tanks over Jeeps because of the tanks' sexy cannons and .50 caliber MGs.
