Issues with Objects.rfa

Hi, I can't extract the objects.rfa with the MDT toolkit. I have tried a total refresh of all backups, reinstalling the game 3x now and I am still unable to access it. The other files in that directory such as standardmesh and textures are able to be pulled. Does anybody have a spare, untouched objects.rfa they can send me or any advise on how to fix this issue?
