Is there such a way? I managed to unlock all objects, but that does not allow me to move all objects at the same time.
Reason is, I have to take all of the objects from one map and transplant them to another map. And in a higher location than the original map..

Hmm. Did you try Ctrl+A which is a keystroke for "Select All"?

Re: Lift all Objects in BC42 @ Once
I did, I did....to no avail....keystrokes no good in BC42.....
Oh well, I figured out a round-a-bout way to achieve my goal:
Once I found out how high I needed the objects to go, I simply edited each object's height geometry one at a time, to their final height. Since they are all going up the same distance, it was just a matter of simple addition to bring up all of the objects...it's time consuming though :/ if y'all know of a better way please let me know! Luckily, there aren't too many objects in this map to raise...about 150 though..meh..

You could have selected each object by clicking on one then pressing and holding CTRL to select all the other 149 objects. Once this is done you can raise them with the raise tool in BC, or with the right mouse button in ED42.
See my Strasbourg map project here.
Re: Lift all Objects in BC42 @ Once
I remember in BC'42, in the side menu you can click an object name (for example "sidewalki") and it would select all of that one object type. So, theoretically, that would have helped.
But you got it done. You did it the way I would - the hard way. XD

Have you tried the prefab tool? It works great for me!

Thank you, I used this method after all....it was still sketchy, but it worked out very well!Classical Modder wrote:You could have selected each object by clicking on one then pressing and holding CTRL to select all the other 149 objects. I'm pretty sure you can select everything from the left side menu with the list of all objects placed in the map, and either click ctrl+a or click the 1st one and hold shift while clicking the last one.
