I too have the same concern. What can we do? Licensed, bonded, concrete contractors in the Los Angeles area.

New users have to have posts approved. We've had a lot of spam bots awhile back so it's not something we will stop doing anytime soon. Just be patient. After a certain amount of your posts are approved you will eventually get off the new user probation and not have to wait for post approval anymore.
