Editing Pathmaps: Converting to BMP and back?

I thought there was a tutorial somewhere, but I guess not. I looked in multiple places and didn't find anything.

Anyway, I would like to convert a Pathfinding file [.RAWR] to a ".BMP" or some other format so that I can edit it.

What program can I use to edit the RAW files? I don't see anything in the "Modding Tools" thread that I can use to do such an operation.
I tried using BF Botinator, but it is mad at me at the moment and will not load the ".RAW" files.

In the tools folder you'll find rexmans pathfind tools to convert RAW to DDS and then DDS to BMP.

Fizzy's tutorial is very good. If you do not have the Canvas, you can use "Paint" on your PC.
When you convert, save as... "bitmap monochrome".

Okay. I can get it to be converted to a BMP, but how do I get it back to a normal game file [RAW]?

I tried "FlyRawGui" but it made a file other than a RAW when I clicked on the "Convert BMP to RAW" button.
