Battlecraft shadow glitch?

Thanks for the help guys! i'll try the undxt tool next time :)

I find it weird that only a few of them showed up wrong, if it was a glitch in the conversion it should have affected all not just a 5x5 area in the top corner :p

reegad, I have seen this issue come up in forums for years so it's something that does happen. You don't have to re shadow the whole map, just the area in question. Be sure and let us know when you do try again and what the problem is.

My tool is entirely dos/batch based as well, I just added a little batch scripting to it to make a nice DOS UI for it, is all.

I have never worked with AI or pathmaps (I only modded for a online campaign project, so we simply never needed bot stuff), but converting 8bit greyscale to tga shouldn't be that tricky. If I find some free time (doing my bsc thesis right now, bit of hectic) I'll take a look at this.
