Grab a new version of WinRAR or the latest 7zip and it will work. The latest 7Zip is not the batshit old "release" 4.56, but the "Beta" tagged version 9.13 which works absolutely fine. No one knows why it is "beta".

Alright, that works, thanks. Strange that it doesn't work with the other programs for me, though.

That is probably because your other programs are just too old. 7zip is pretty cutting-edge in developing open source compression algorithms and not every other commercial or proprietary program keeps up with that (oh the irony 
) .
