Im making a big vehicle (Fletcher size approx) and i was wondering what's the maximum res bf can support. With the standard 1024x1024 textures i'll have to break the object down into different parts, each with its own texture (which is a pain) or risk getting stretched, blurry textures (which sucks).

its more dependant on the users hardware.. I have run 8192 x 8192 textures fine on a higher end system but others have had issues loading the map on lower end systems.. I dont think there is a limit as such..
but that said I would stick with 2048 as a limit..
