Hi Buggy, welcome to the site!
The link you posted is a saved copy of the original modding site put to gether by EA/DICE and sadly not all of it could be saved.. so you will find a few dead links in there..
There is a link to some basic tutorials here: (link also up top on the right..) http://bfmods.com/tutorial.php
lots of information here and in the serversidemodding back though so I'm sure you will find answers.. if not just ask here.
